During the Thanksgiving holiday week UPS's normal shipping schedules are shifted a bit. If you have any questions that aren't answered here feel free to call us for clarification. When counting days for shipping estimation you do not count the day the order is shipped, you begin on the following day. So if you are 1 day away and you order on Monday before our shipping cut off count "1" for Tuesday and that is when your package will be delivered. If you are 2 days away count "1" for Tuesday, and "2" for Wednesday, and that is the day your package will be delivered. If you are 3 days away count "1" for Tuesday, "2" for Wednesday, then skip Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and count "3" for Monday. Please also note that we do not guarantee ground shipping times, only expedited shipping, be sure to leave yourself enough time, or upgrade your shipping if it is critical that you receive your order.
UPS neither picks up nor moves ground packages after Wednesday Nov. 23. This means that if you are normally 3 days away your package will not be delivered until the same day of the following week.
Three Day Select packages count as ground packages during the Holiday and will not be delivered or moved on Thursday the 24th, or Friday the 25th. Even if your order is shipped on Monday and three day select is selected it will not be delivered until the following week.
Air packages are not moved or delivered on Thanksgiving, but they are delivered and moved on Friday the 25th. This means that a Second Day Air package shipped on Tuesday Nov. 22 will be delivered on Friday Nov. 25th. You can optionally add "Saturday Delivery" for an order shipped on Weds to be delivered on Saturday Nov. 26. Saturday delivery has an additional charge beyond the standard Second Day Air charge.
As with Second Day Air, Next Day Air packages are not delivered or moved on Thanksgiving day, but can be delivered on Friday the 25th. A next day air package shipped on Wednesday Nov. 23 will be delivered on Friday Nov. 25th.
